Hi Paula, Thank you for the encouragement. My exercise varies quite a bit - mainly just walking. I used to do a lot of biking, but haven't done much as of late. Time to re-evaluate.
Good morning, Paula... I'm all about exercise. Had knee surgery early in December and was on a walker all of November. Just getting back to "normal" with PT now has reminded me how much I missed exercising.
