Kirkland Washington Real Estate Market Report
Today there was buzz in the Seattle Times that Seattle housing prices are the second fastest rising housing market after Phoenix. According to the S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Home Price Index housing prices rose 11.7% from October 2019 to October 2020 in Seattle which include King, Pierce and Snohomish counties. This is higher than the national 8.41%.
This, however, does not specifically describe the Kirkland, Washington real estate market.
In January 2010 the median price of a home in Kirkland was $391,000.
In November 2020 it was $1,030,000.
