On December 17, 2020, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values gained 1.0% to an average price of $490,000 in November of 2020 from an average price of $485,000 in October of 2020, and rose 15.3% from $822,000 in November of 2019. While, homes values dropped 13.9% in November of 2020 from October of 2020, but jumped 23.0% from November of 2019 in Riverside County, California.
There were 2.1 months supplies of available inventory of homes in November of 2020, unchanged from 2.1 months in October of 2020, but lower from 3.9 months in November of 2019 in California. An average it took 11.0 days to sell a home in November 2020, same as from 11.0 days in October of 2020, but fell from 33.0 days in November of 2019 in Riverside County, California.
