The chart above illustrates strong second half sales of detached and semi-detached housing located within the adjoining municipalites of Dieppe, Moncton and Riverview. (sometimes referrred to a "metro" Moncton) These sales are all freehold ownership as I chose not to include our small condominium ownership market, averaging less than 10 sales per month in 2020.
As we head into 2021, active listings are at an all time low. I'll post the December end of month active listing numbers on January 1.
