On December 17, 2020, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes decreased 8.8% to an average price of $664,160 in November of 2020 from an average price of $728,160 in October of 2020, but rose 11.7% from $594,840 in November of 2019. While, homes values dropped 17.6% in November of 2020 from October of 2020, but jumped 10.5% from November of 2019 in Los Angeles County, California.
There were 2.1 months supplies of available inventory of homes in November of 2020, unchanged from 2.1 months in October of 2020, and lower from 2.9 months in November of 2019 in California. An average it took 9.0 days to sell a home in November 2020, same as from 9.0 days in October of 2020, but fell from 22.0 days in November of 2019 in Los Angeles County, California.
