Residential Real Estate For Sale in Addison Texas

The total number of currently available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is 34, as compared to 45 last month.  Twenty six are pre-owned and 8 are new construction. Currently for sale, there are:Towne Lake in Addison

  • 7 single family homes (ranging in price from $397,000 - $2,195,000)
  • No half-duplexes
  • 20 condos ($175,000 – $469,000)
  • 7 townhomes ($364,900 - $590,000)

Twenty nine of the available homes have been on the market for longer than 30 days.

The range in December for the previously owned homes was 2 days to 261 days. The average price per square foot of all previously owned homes that sold is $185.73, down from last month’s $198.99 average. The average list price to sold price ratio is 97.16%, an increase from last month’s 96.97%.
