Morning Paula.

You just had to do it, didn't you. Our high was 34º yesterday with snow, however it didn't stick, so that was a good thing.  As far as exercise, about the only thing I do now is walk.

With my health club being closed, I have really missed swimming, which has been my usual form of exercise for many years.  However, I have looked for alternative ways to stay fit during these past few months.  It doesn't need to take a pool or gym to stay fit.

Hello Dr. Paula McDonald, Ph.D. - indeed ... and the older I get it seems more important to just keep moving ... walking, yoga, small weights ... and learning how to use resistance using our own body when going to the gym is not an option ... priceless.
