What's in the Commission? I prefer paying a Flat Fee.

Attention Homeowners thinking of Selling your Home, your REALTOR is someone you Hired.  Their Goal is to Net you the Best proceeds at the Close of Escrow.  The Majority of REALTORS work under a Broker's License, which they are on a Split Commission.  Real Estate Listing Fees are not set by Law, and varies from Broker to Broker.  Before you Hire a REALTOR, Interview them.  Your Questions should be more towards have you sold any Homes within the past 12 Months?.  Do they have knowledge of your Market Area?  Ask for a Comparative Market Analysis of your Home.  If the Price meets what you are willing to Sell your Home, Hire them.  Be sure you ask for an Early Termination Clause in your Contract.  You may become dissatisfied of your REALTOR for what ever reason. +

Remember if you want to pay a Flat Fee, there are Real Estate Companies that has a Flat Fee Service.  Paying Less Commission does not equate to More Money at Closing.

An Experienced REALTOR, could Net you More Net Proceeds at Closing.  It takes more than submitting your Property on the MLS.  Your REALTOR must be Pro-Active in the Sell of your Home.

If you are Thinking of Selling your Home, Interview 1st Prime Realty.  We look forward in getting you the Best Market Price of Your Home.
