Average days on market dropped at the end of 2020 to 35 days (median days were 8) from 44 days at the end of 2019 (median days were twice that of 2020 at 16).

At year-end 2020, the months supply of single family homes stood at 1.6 months. This compares to 2.4 months at year-end 2019. Nothing says it's a home seller's market than a month's supply of homes under 3 months.
