Jeff same rules here, I just walked Holly for her evening stroll and there were a couple beautiful Christmas Trees next to the green buckets. One was so nice it should have been left up for another week:) Endre

For our Christmas tree, we just put it in the box until next year.  However, it gave up the ghost this year, so next year we'll have a new one

Good morning, Jeff... Christmas trees are being picked up today by Charlotte-Mecklenburg. We also have recycling centers for both artificial and real trees, which I post about annually. So important to "do this right." And it sounds like Carlsbad has a wonderful recycling program in p;ace.

This is very good information for those in your area and I hope that everyone will properly dispose of their Christmas trees.

Hi Jeff Dowler, CRS - our town does this with the highway department.  They bring their chipper.

Jeff that is an excellent service the town of Carlsbad provides their residents.  Our town has also done the same thing in past years, but I have not heard anything this year.
