Once you click on the link and enter your address you will be given your instant report. You can fine tune your report by entering a loan and its balance if you have one and if you want the report to calculate what loan types are available to you, how much equity you have and different ways to make use of it, how to save thousands of dollars worth of interest by just making a small additional payment toward principle (be sure you note your extra amount to be applied toward principle or the bank will likely just prepay toward your next month's payment), and so much more as described above.
Great tool to try out to see if you think you can make use of it in your real estate business. I have only tried this on local properties so please let me know if this works across the country like I think it should or if it doesn't. While this is designed to stay in touch with your past sellers, there is a version for lenders to subscribe to that is for buyers. If you partner with a subscribing loan officer ($200 per month for the loan officer) he/she can share the buyers with you. The benefit to the loan officer's version is it shows loan officers which home owners should re-finance and how much money they can save in doing so. My loan officer is slammed right now with re-fi's already so doesn't need any more and isn't going to subscribe yet.

DISCLAIMER: I am not related to Homebot nor do I make any referral fees off of Homebot. This is strictly a resource to consider if it works for you or not. Cost is $25/month for 500 clients OR $35/month for 1000 clients which sends out an automated monthly report to each seller. I went with the 1000 clients although I have only entered 34 so far due to being very busy with new leads. Homebot does have a CSV file you can send them and they will import your clients for you.
