A Rising Tide Raises All Boats... for Foresters and Realtors® too!
It is a phrase we hear from our former Team Leader and the President of our company, Dina Mitchel, often and one that is embedded into the thoughts and actions of all of the people in our Market Center at Keller Williams Fox Cities.
- We all know that as we raise each other up, that we will also rise.
- We all know that by helping to improve and enlighten our colleagues we will both get better too.
- We all know that when we build up our colleagues and competitors the profession will rise.
- We know that as the profession rises, the public will notice, and there will be more clients available for all of us.
It takes a serious belief in an abundance mentality, something that is in abundance around here.
Before I joined KW, I did see this with many of my colleagues and competitors in the forestry profession, but until I arrived at KW I had not seen this to such an extreme degree in the real estate field.
This tide seems to be a simple thing, yet so very powerful, made of water, made of spirit, made of kindness, made of love.
From rising ships and boats on the ocean to rising foresters, real estate professionals and just about anyone this force touches.
It is a force that not only elevates our profession, our careers, it also makes life and our work so much more rewarding and keeps us all coming back for more
It has been a blessing to immerse myself in the Keller Williams culture of rising tides in the past three and a half years, a pivotal step that has made a huge difference in my career, just wish I had been exposed to this group of amazing people sooner.
