You Never Know where the next Transaction will Come From

I have a listing hitting the market tomorrow as coming soon, and will be active on Thursday this week.    I spoke with this homeowner while I was getting my nails done at the salon either one or two years ago!   When we called, we both had a pretty good laugh, but have had others call that I had spoken to at the salon too.

We laughed yesterday, as I said, due to HOW we met, my closing gift will be a spa treatment, and she showed me her nails, and YEP, she needs a spa day after all the cleaning and packing!

 

Will be fun at the end of this to celebrate in the same place we originally met!

Very clever closing gift idea, Joan. As for getting a lead while at the nail salon, that has happened to me more than once, as well. Also happens more often that you realize while I'm sitting in some international airport waiting to catch a flight!

Alexander- Slocum I used to be on a bowling league too, and did a lot of business.  Still have two families contemplating a move, and stopped bowling in 2008 from a neck issue.
