TERRY:  No, that's not typical.  In this case, we knew that anyone purchasing would likely update the entire kitchen.  The appliance (except the dishwasher) were not in great shape and rather than leave them looking that way or spending the money to replace them, the decision was made to just remove the refrigerator and the stove.
