Our Hearts Are Sad…

Elyse Berman, PA, and I learned today that our friend, Donald Urschalitz passed away on January 3, 2021.

 

 

We are in shock and so saddened by the news. If you asked anyone about Donald the first words out of their mouths would be how kind he was. He also had a wonderful sense of humor. 

Donald was generous with his time and helpful to other agents.  He was very active with the Cancer Alliance and Little Smiles and many other charitable organizations. 

Elyse and I remember that for our ActiveRain Meetups, he would drive the 45 minutes+ to attend. When he walked in the door, there was always a smile on his face.

Kathy I did not follow Donald on AR, but it is always sad news when one of our members passes.  Our prayers are with his family and those close to him.

That is indeed sad news and he and his family are certainly in my prayers.  I didn't know much about him since I don't think he ever commented on one of my posts but I know that I read a few of his and would see his face each and every day in the Rain.

So sad.

I knew of him, but didn't really know him. I just checked his blog and got goosebumps when I saw that his 2nd to last post was remembering all the loved ones lost this past year. Heartbreaking.
