Thank You Active Rain For Indulging My Blunder In Yesterday's Zoomeet!

What a raucous but absolute blast and such a great way to start the New Year. Finally after a dozen plus years of communicating through our words and pics a real opportunity to get to know some of the personalities on Active Rain.

I love the whole concept of virtual confab. Especially given our present circumstances. Up close and personal eyeball to eyeball is always preferable, however we must take what we can get during these unprecedented times.

Thank you all for indulging me yesterday. It was a real honor and an absolute blast and I look forward to attending and participating in many more of these opportunities.

I'm more than happy to answer any/all questions anyone may have about the BACKYARD HOME biz. I will be posting regularly on my blog with updates, articles, ideas, videos of installations, legislation and always welcome your participation and contributions.

I also welcome the advice and opinions from any/all experts in any field i.e. lending, appraising, RE investing, development, home inspections, design, building and furnishing. And lest we forget one of the most important topics of all, property management responsibilities for future landlords.

There's literally mountains of information on this subject and it's just a grain of sand on the beach of which there is no end in sight. So I've just launched a new group and I invite anyone seeking in depth information and knowledge on this subject to join "ADU 4 U?"

From all that I have heard about the zoom meeting, you did a tremendous job! When we had lunch together, I really enjoyed learning about ADU's and was wishing that I could do them in Arizona since there really is a need for such a thing.
