I know I am not the first one out here to admit that they are in a cash crunch situation. I find myself land rich and cash poor. I have three parcels of land that I own. I need to sell one of them to help with the cash flow. I am offering a referral for out of state agents and a six per cent co broke for Arizona Agents. I have one 1.25 ac parcel and two 2 ac. parcels just south or Arizona City,Az. They were all part of larger parcels that I purchased and split into smaller residential lots.They have horse privileges and are located within fifteen minutes of Casa Grande. The least expensive parcel is listed at $34,900 and the most expensive is at $44,900. I will look at any offers.

Lisa Marie, Thanks for your response. I will get you the listings tomorrow. One of the lots has electric to the property line and the others have it near. Sewer would be septic and water could be done witha shared well.

I will keep these in mind. I started out the year with land listings but cancelled them due to lack of interest. We are planning on putting them back on the market in 6 months or so. I hope you find a buyer soon.
