Anna I do two 3 mile walks a day.  At first I had a lot of pain in my knees from it, but then I found a pair of Skechers Relaxed Fit: Equalizer 4.0 - Persisting's with a really soft sole, which absorb the shock to my knees.  I can walk forever in these things, and not feel any pain.

Our lives have a way of changing when we least expect it and then we have to find new ways to get back into our old ways.  Glad your shoes seems to be doing the trick.

I was having foot issues for awhile.  I ended up going to our local "Good Feet" store and acquiring a couple pairs of inserts for my shoes.  It made all the difference in the world.

Anna, Having the right equipment makes all the difference and it sounds like you are on  your way.  Yes buy a few more pairs of those shoes and boots!!  I had to get insoles that do the trick for me right now.  Happy trails to you!!

so how are the boots doing now? it's been a few days.  I just got a new pair of boots to walk the puppy and I love them - sturdy and comfortable. Yay
