It only took ten days into 2021 for this top producing agent to get a client under contract. I believe that is a new record. I've definitely always been busy on New Year's Day showing property, but usually it isn't until the end of January that I get my first ratified deal of a new year.
Looks like this may be a rinse and repeat of 2020 in many ways. And if it is a rinse and repeat of 2020 in terms of how busy real estate will be, I'm all for it. Can't control anything else.. .might as well sell a house...or thirty.
