Jeff,

A lovely sight to behold.  And I completly understood your delight at a picnic lunch.  We go to the beach often mostly for a walk, and to the wine country for breakfast picnic.  That is where the croissants are.  A

Good morning Jeff Dowler, CRS - for me an uncrowded beach is a very relaxing place.  I remember walking beaches on Long Island in the winter and it was very pleasant.

Hi Jeff - your "lunch at the beach" sounds perfect. While we're so isolated it's especially nice to be around signs of life, and being at the ocean is very peace-inducing.

You painted a great picture with words Jeff Dowler, CRS

I was showing in Carlsbad Saturday, drove the coast home from La Costa BLVD to Torrey Pines and it was the most traffic and people on the beach I'd seen in recent memory...a much hotter day too.
