Hello you old goat! Yes, not a joke. This is how to clean up the rental house yard. A thriving business exists for renting goats to clear out overgrown yards.
The "grounds crew" are dropped off at the site. The land to be cleared is inside a temporary chain link fence - an electric chain link fence. That serves to keep the goats in and the rowdy-types out.

Once the "grounds crew" have finished, the extra touches may be added. This house lacked a path fron the back door to the backyard. Now one could be added! The steps are pressed concrete, lined on both sides with liriope scavanged (pre-goat) from elsewhere in the yard.

Every room on the inside has been cleaned - professionally. Now the outside looks amazing! Huge fenced back yard is now useable for all manner of fun and games for the whole family.
