What is happening in Delaire Landing Gated Waterfront Condo Community. Values are up and properties are not staying on the market very long if they are priced right. It is certainly a seller's market. It is no longer a secret Delaire Landing is the place to live.

The rec center is still under construction. The office is still closed but calls are being answered in a timely manner when messages are left. It is my understanding that management is looking for a new printer to do the newsletter.

There was one snowstorm so far this season and four seasons did a wonderful job in clearing the development of the snow. We are very lucky to have them. They also did a great job of cleaning up the leaves.

SOLD: 2BR 1Bath 992 sq' 2nd fl price per sq' $195- DOM 4 -price $193,000 cash

SOLD: 2BR 2Bath 1248 sq' 2nd fl price per sq' $181- DOM 6- price $225,000 cash

DOM means days on market conv means conventional mortgage financing

Delaire Landing is a Gated Waterfront Condo Community even with the fears of the COVID19 virus the values of the condo have increased. Delaire Landing is no longer the best-kept secret. You can ask anyone who lives here it is a wonderful place to live

Well then again there are always some whose cup is half empty instead of half full

Delaire Landing is a beautiful place to live especially when you take a walk down by the river and see the amazing views.
