Riverside is a small community located in the Urban Core neighborhood of Jacksonville Florida. The designated historic community is mainly compromised of homes built before the 1930s.
The community is largely residential but does have commercial areas including Five Points and King Street. King Street is the bar area of Riverside and is the hotspot for young military personnel stationed on NAS Jacksonville. There are multiple parks in the neighborhood including Memorial Park which is located on St Johns River.
The Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens is a popular art museum in the Five Points area that houses 5,000 works of art. The Museum has a beautiful large garden that is located along St Johns River. The museum is an easy bike ride or walk from the majority of the homes available in Riverside. Ascension St. Vincent's Riverside is also located in Riverside along the River and provides an excellent opportunity for renters of investment property in the area.
