Today our buyers wanted to drop by to look at the house they had put on offer on yesterday and was accepted last night. One of the buyers hadn't seen the home yet (which is quite normal for our area). They are so excited! The home was totally remodeled, which is exactly what they were looking for. The LA let me know another agent would be holding it open. And that was just fine for the buyers. It was a perfect 75-degree day in Phoenix! Lots of people were out and about looking at open houses today.
The agent holding it open had all the proper things we need during these Covid days, mask, wipes, sanitizer for hands. What surprised me is he had some home baked goods out with treats. He had made a lovely presentation that said 'welcome'. He cordially offered some to all of us. None of us chose to take any but it was nice of him to offer. Personally, I'm not in favor of offering having food at open houses these days. It doesn't seem like the best thing to do. Not that I'm living fear but rather putting safety first for all our clients and others who are around us.
