Wrong...You want your house to shine from the outside in. Don't stay in the dark. Lighten up your front entry.

 

5. Mistake: No One Is Going To Care What The Outside Looks Like.

Wrong...Buyers are looking at your house from it's Curb Appeal, and will decide if they want to go in or keep driving...

All so very important to selling a home.  Recently, we had a home next door to a listing that needed their yard mowed.  We offered to pay to have it done, but the homeowner went right outside, mowed and did some pruning.  It made a huge difference for less than two hours of work.  It all matters.

Hi Hannah Williams - Sellers are shooting themselves in the foot when they don't follow through and take care of their own curb appeal. Selling a home is a big deal and this is sage advice! There's nothing more frustrating than to learn the buyer decided to drive by first; then decided to cancel the appointment.
