You are creative. I have never heard the term "methy" before and yes, it's time to move if the neighborhood turns "methy." We will be selling our home in about two years, not because it is methy here, but because it is getting close to retirement age.
"Too methy" - Neighborhoods do change, and if yours is too methy, go ahead and get outta dodge!
Brad, you are creative when you do your videos, and HAVE sold a condo where the tenants smoked meth....wasn't fun!
It can surely happen. When I was a young bride we moved into a great little neighborhood. However, redevelopment in one area of Sacramento, found many folks of questionable behavior moving to our community. I witnessed it almost being turned into a ghetto in 3 years. It can be sad when it happens!
CONGRATULATIONS Brad, on having this blog FEATURED in the Old Farts Club group!

"You're not a tree... you can move." Good one, Brad... I'll be the first to admit that after 15 years in my home, home is great, neighborhood is great... so I'll just be a tree for now! :)
