Logistics companies related to the homebuilding trades and retail distribution have been eagerly purchasing warehouse space throughout Southwest Florida, according to the closed sale data from the Lee County Property Appraiser.

The 4M-Commerce Center located at 11803 Metro Parkway Ft Myers, FL, which is one of Southwest Florida's largest industrial properties sold for $8.35 Million at the end of December 2020. The 7.36 acre campus fronts the heavily traveled Metro Parkway, and consists of three large facilities with over 120,000 SF of industrial space.
11803 Metro, LLC. purchased the asset from Kelly Peel Trust and Liddell Family Trust. The sellers brought on Chase Mayhugh with Mayhugh Commercial Advisors in mid-2019 to manage, stabilize, and lease the asset to position it for future sale. Chase Mayhugh, SIOR, CCIM brokered the transaction.
