Good morning, Brad... we have leash laws county-wide in most of our area counties (and license/vaccination laws)  for pets that are outside... unless your yard is fenced. Nothing irritates me more than people flouting those laws. Get reported and our pet control police could well take your pet away.

We don't have a lot of pets in our area, or at least those that can be seen and not far away are couple  of pet parks and there the pets are allowed to roam free.  Owners should be responsible for their pets at the very least.

My dog is a runner and he's really strong. He's always on a leash, except for the time he escaped from his halter and the time he just took off with the leash dragging behind him and the time....

I would not be able to live in a community with 2 times you're in jail rules!

The community and HOA I live in is very strict about our lease laws and we are finding more cats on leashes also Brad Thomsen
