- More homes going under contract than new resale listings
- Extreme frenzy sales activity in Clark County up to $750,000
- Unbelievable interest rates of 2.77%
Frenzy-level sales activity will close out the unique housing market of 2020 and will continue into 2021, fueled by a huge backlog of buyers and low interest rates. Clark County is expected to see a power surge of home buyers enter the market now that the holiday season is complete. This will further drive the market higher.
More homes are going under contract than new listings entering the market. Market inventory keeps getting lower as buyer demand drives home up to $750k into Extreme Frenzy sales activity. Interest Rates are down again from last month, and are at historically low levels. This continues to drive strong buyer demand.
