Chris Fisher tagged me with this a while back so..

Who's your favorite musical artist?

That is tough, I think if I had to have just one CD to listen to forever I would take a random grab out of Ziggy Stardust, the best of Stiff Little Fingers, and Armed Forces by Elvis Costello, but I would really miss the rest of the stack. Pogues, Ramones, Violent Femmes, DEVO, Clash, Boomtown Rats, Pistols…

Who's your favorite artist?

This is the easy one for me, Andy Warhol hands down! He would also be on the short list of anyone to meet. He had a real knack for “Being IN, from the OUTSIDE”

Who is your favorite blogger?

I know a few blogs that I can’t even drop by for fear of loosing a day or two… I will say this the single post that I have forwarded more than any other is one on Margaret Thatcher from a fellow across the pond.

If you could meet anyone (alive or dead), who would it be and what is the most interesting thing about them?

J.C. come on, that would take the cake, uhh, son of God. The second choice would be harder, Andy Warhol, What a great "surface", Kurt Vonnegut jr, wrote the cheeriset books about the end of the world, Loa Tzu, knew the path, Jefferson, clear thinker, Franklin, Free thinker, Da Vinci, Thinker. I have also wanted to have a sit down with Sinéad O'Connor, she looks like an interesting friend to have, as do Steve Jobs, Al Gore, and the Dali Lama.

What did you want to be when you grew up?

Well, I guess I want to be me, when I grow up. At least I can’t think of anyone I would trade places with.

What is the most interesting piece of trivia you know?

Wow, this is my “superpower.” You know everyone has a superpower, well they are really not that super, My wife can make anything sticky, I have a friend who can detect coconut from 300 yards, and I can bore people with details. So how about this; back in the 1940’s scientists were working on very small scale things, quantum physics and all that, they invented quite a few new words, one that they needed was a very, very small measurement of two dimensional area. You know like an acre? Only very, very small. What they came up with is the Barn, Yep, named from the statement, “You couldn’t hit the broadside of a barn.” A barn (bn) is 1/1028 m2. That’s little!

If you could live in any point in history what would it be and why?

Today, even with the things we people have done and are doing, this is still one heck of a time to be out playing around. It’s sort of the “apple from the tree of knowledge thing”. I wouldn’t really choose to go back to an older time. I like TP, and I’m looking forward to my iPhone, even though I know things are being done in my name that really bother me. I guess, all and all, any time would be good!

What is the most interesting job you have ever held?

Well, I really like Green Real Estate! But I like my side jobs as well, I am a journeyman stagehand with local 50 IATSE, I work on productions of all kinds around the Sacramento and Stockton area. Run the house video camera for sporting events at the Stockton arena, install rock shows and theater shows, stuff like that. I can turn down work with no repercussions, so it works out well with real estate. I also run a small sign and graphics biz from my home. I have a need to create and this helps to fulfill that.

I'm going to tag Sara Girton, Tanna Reynoso, Elaine Rebello, to see what my locals are about...
