I been to many Renaissance Festival around the states and have found the one in Larkspur to be the best. I particularly enjoyed the the Executioner on the piano made of Bells - LOL

Hi Joan Cox - I don't think you could have made a better case for that wide-open living with views and trees and little traffic.  For those wanting to get away from urban life. Larkspur sounds like the ticket.

Hi Joan... if I've seen anything in the past couple of years is that given the lack of inventory just about every buyer I work with is having to spend more on a home than they planned on... thankfully the low interest rates have mitigated the increases in price.

Families on the move will certainly appreciate your local real estate reports.
