Good morning, Brad... great call to action. Of course, the problem is that it's not so easy to pack up and move given the lack of inventory (at least in my market). This past year has made me very thankful how much I love my house... I've not had any desires to move after spending so much time at home. (But I did order two new sofas!)

I love my home, and have fortunate to have it as a refuge during this pandemic.  However, some may have found more time during these isolating times to re-evaluate their living quarters.  I think it is precipitating a lot of moves right now.  Certainly among those who have determined they can work from most anywhere.
