POWER WORDS:

My words today will be strong and powerful. I will choose words that convey a sense of mastery, competence, and ability. I CAN. I WILL. I AM. I DO...
I will NOT limit myself by using words that convey indecision and weakness. I will avoid saying: "I can't"... "It's Impossible"... "No Way"... "I'm not smart enough or good enough..." "I give up".
Today I'm on the lookout for self-defeating messages sent from me...to myself, welling forth from my inner self in a stream of negative chatter. Today I will end the negative chatter. I see that I can change negative thoughts and attitudes into positive ones as I am able to make changes within myself. I can choose words of power to help create a new perspective on life, and a new perspective on myself.
