Rocky Dickerson good morning again, Rocky... I am amazed that with so little inventory in our market, we still have so many neighborhoods that have seen at least one sale each month for the past 12 months. I see neighborhoods that haven't had a sale in over a year.

Hence, my emphasis on market updates and reports. I've yet to meet someone who doesn't want to know what's happening in the market when they find out I'm a real estate broker.

Ed Silva good morning, Ed. I've got clients coming in from California to house hunt and hopefully write a contract next week. I've been explaining that to them, but I don't think they will really "get it" until they arrive.
Endre Barath, Jr. good morning, Endre.... it's an interesting market in that with less than one month of inventory houses do sell quickly. But that being said, they still need to be priced right, marketed right and staged right for a quick sale at top dollar.
So many hot neighborhoods in the Charlotte area and I always find out so much about the area from your posts.
