I love the transparency on your website.  I always grimace when I see manufactured home dealers promote their prices, which is really just a basic shell and not the upgrades, the land or prep, and set up costs. 

BTW: The virtual Expo was quite interesting. I was having audio issues so missed some of it.  I hope it was a success for all of you and the other participants.

Absolutely spot on Nina Hollander The age ole adage and it's often so true. Take the price your contractor gives you and double it. I'd laugh at this if it weren't often true. We have a 6 step process in vetting and qualifying any/all potential clients.
