On January 26, 2021, The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) announced that the U.S. house price gained 1.0% in November of 2020 from October of 2020, and higher 11.0% from November of 2019 based on home sales values obtained from mortgages sold to or guaranteed by FNMA and Freddie Mac.
Nationwide, among nine census Pacific Division was highest with an increase of 1.6%, and West South Central Division was lowest with a gain of 0.3% in November of 2020 from October 0f 2020; while Mountain Division was the highest with jump of 14.0%, and West South Central Division was the lowest with an increase of 8.7% in November of 2020, from November of 2019.
