I had heard of this - and I believe the statue is supposed to be buried upside down facing the house. Why? I have no idea!!!

Enjoy your day!

I have used Saint Joseph when sellers have done everything right, I've done everything possible and we still aren't getting an offer.  The most magical one was a Christmas Eve burial of St. Joseph.  Within four days, we had a buyer.

Hi Joseph I have had clients that believed in St Joseph helping to sell their homes - and guess what - he did!  Of course right now, just about any house sells within minutes so Joesph can take a vacation for a while!

Hi Joseph- I'd heard what Kat Palmiotti heard...that you bury st Joseph upside down. Interestingly...shortly after we'd moved into our new home, I was working in our flower bed in the back of the home and dug up a St Joseph statue.

I believe we used it once, not sure if the sale was due to the statue. I will say, in this market, there's no time to buy any statue before a house is sold. :)

Hi Joseph,
I believe in self-fulling prophecies. If one believes in something subconsciously we do everything to make it so. Perhaps an upside-down St. Joseph does work. It can't hurt that's for sure.

There is no higher place of honor than with the flag that draped your Father's coffin. My brother has the one from our Dad's coffin.

Hello Joseph - I know about St Joseph and once was a bit surprised when I went into a church's gift shop and asked the clerk if they had any in stock and was directed to an entire section with different options.

I think that St.Jude is considered to be the patron saint of lost causes -so we should actually be praying to him in tough real estate markets

Joseph:

I've only done this once, at the request of an out-of-town seller I was working with to sell her grandmother's home, after a number of months on the market. We had a great offer within several days.

Good evening Joseph Domino 480-390-6011 ,

I'm so glad that Kathy Streib included your post in her "Ah-Ha" moments for the week as I missed it. I have definitely used this practice with certain clients who swear it works and the scary part it's always worked! They have always wanted to bury Saint Joseph upside down in the front year.

I have had a few clients bury a St. Joseph statue.  Some have dug them up at closing and others have not.
