The Val Vista Baseline Area in Mesa, AZ is very well located.  Shopping, Schools, and Fine Dining are within Walking Distance and there is quick access to the US 60 Freeway.  There is always something fun going on in the area and if you have any questions about the area, please pick up the phone and call or text message me at 480-773-2370 or you can email me at brian@bke12.com. 

I live in the Val Vista Baseline Area myself and I have always enjoyed how friendly the people are the affordability of the homes and the fact that everything is nearby.  Trendy Downtown Gilbert is a 5-minute drive away, Old Town Scottsdale is only a 15-minute drive away, and Downtown Phoenix is only a half-hour drive away.  Going to the airport, both Sky Harbor and Gateway are a 20-minute drive away or less.  Some of my favorite restaurants in the area are MAD Greens, Nando's, Casanova Brothers, Cafe Zupas, Costa Vida, Sauce, and Thai Chili.  Need groceries?  There are 2 stores within walking distance so you can visit Safeway or AJ's Fine Foods.  Want to go on a hike, there are amazing hikes in the Superstition Mountains which are within a 15-minute drive, so if you want to go on with me, let me know.  Tennis anyone?  I am an active tennis player and would welcome a match or showing a beginner how to play.  I don't plan on moving from the area nor helping people with their Real Estate needs, so please always feel free to call upon me should you have any questions about this amazing area in the East Valley of the Phoenix Metro area.  Have questions about Real Estate, I would be happy to treat you to a drink and answer any and all questions you have without any obligation being expected from you.

Hello Brian - as a resident and long-time real estate expert of the Val Vista Baseline Area, how old is the community? 

Your photos and descriptions show it to be relatively new(in the last twenty or thirty years) compared to what we see in other communities across our visit to ActiveRain market area reports. 

I know, from your history of writing (and identifying/naming the area) it is not a singular development but maybe you can inform us a bit more about its history.  Next Saturday or sometime else. 

Inquiring minds(okay, likely just mine) would like to know.  Have a nice hike.

Michael Jacobs the homes in this area were built in the early 1990's, so they are indeed fairly new compared to some other areas of the East Valley!
