This is about an agent looking out for her buyer.

Received a request to show my new listing at 2602 Old Court Rd, 21208 which was confirmed with our showing time, but I also contacted the agent to confirm the time and share some information on this unique home.
The agent's buyers were out of state, and she was asking to preview the property.
WOW, a buyer's agent checking out the home and qualifying the homes BEFORE the buyer makes a Baltimore trip. Now that's a good agent!
We met, I toured the property with the agent first, showing the good, the bad, and the ugly. Then she got the buyers on a phone video chat. The agent knew what her buyers wanted (an older, charming home filled with character and room for her studio.) This home had it all and then some.
But how can you possibly buy a home sight unseen.?
A family relative who lived close by wanted to see the home before a decision was made. Again I met the agent and family member for another exciting tour. Yes, the relative also loved the house. Within two days, the offer was presented and accepted. With the right agent representation, you CAN buy a home without seeing it.
Match-making works! Finding, first, the right agent is a big part of this process!
I could have easily sent the agent alone. Why waste time for only a preview when everything is already online, like 50 photos with descriptions. I could have said wait until I have another showing, and you can tag along.
How wonderful working together when the buyer's and the seller's needs are met. Looking forward to a smooth closing with another professional Realtor.
I love RE. I love match-making. I love working with professional agents!
