It would make sense to go along as it is still your seller you are trying to help and that just pushed it along a little quicker.  I will f=do that on occasion especially as we may know some of the answers to their questions

Margaret I agree, a good Realtor/Agent can make a big difference.  However, for me I would not make a major purchase like purchasing a home without seeing it in person.  I am just not trusting enough. ☺️
