For one of our Zoom meetings (January 26) we had the pleasure of being taught by Anna Banana Kruchten CRS CRB, Phoenix Broker.
Before she began some got on the call early and were able to socialize with each other. That's part of what makes these Zoom meetings so special. You can talk with others whose blogs you have read in the past and are around the country.
What a lesson to learn about Goals and life in general to learn the things that you really need to know to help you get ahead. Not only did she make it extremely fun, but beforehand we had a handout/printout given to us to follow along and fill things in so that we could get finished and for some of us even get started.
It's important for you to know what business that you're in and what makes you special and what you bring to the table or what you offer others.
We had 35 people on the Zoom and that made it wonderful to have such a turnout of people that really wanted to better themselves as well as being there to support the top Banana!
She taught us that having a plan was important because it helped give us balance in many aspects throughout our life. Remember, if you fail to plan, plan on failing! Putting something in place is better than having nothing at all.
Time was very important to everyone because if you think about it, we have no more time than the next person has and it's important to make the most of it. After all, this is one of the things that you can never get back.
As a matter of fact, she gave us some numbers that I found quite interesting:
412527246060313028: There are 4 seasons in every year, 12 months in that year, which equates to 52 weeks, in each week there are 7 days, in each day there are 24 hours, in each hour there are 60 minutes, which in each minute there are 60 seconds, and depending on the month there could be 31 days, 30 days or 28 days (not inclusive of leap years). Wow. Talk about breaking down your time.
She went over many aspects of what should be important to you including, but not limited to your Focus. Personally, F.O.C.U.S. means Follow One Course Until Successful. If you think about it, you're where you are because of many of your choices. If you're not where you want to be change some of your choices. You should focus on your attitude, vision, time, energy, money, confidence, grit and humor. Never forget humor. Humor for yourself and for others as well.
She talked specifically about your goals and setting them up. You should have goals spiritually, for business, for physical and social too.
Thank you very much to Anna Banana Kruchten CRS CRB, Phoenix Broker for making this fun and entertaining for a topic that is very serious in nature.
