I have to go shopping soon because I do need some mac and cheese after your post.  I'm not really fond of anything other than "comfort" food at this point in my recovery.  But hopefully soon my tummy will feel like an adventure and enough people will be vaccinated to make some real life adventures with new foods possible again.

I cannot wait to hop on an airplane again Barbara Todaro, preferably to somewhere warm and sunshiny with sandy beaches and turquoise water... in the meantime, I'll visit my friend Lee at Anegada Delights and dream of a vacation while enjoying the best jerk salmon & shrimp in town.

Do you have any grocery delivery options Tammy Lankford,? I hope you'll be back to feeling like your old self again before too long.   

I cannot wait to get the vaccine and go on adventures again, especially to Germany to see and hug! the family. There are a few people now that I know who've gotten the 1st one - it's making it more real. There is light at the end of the tunnel.

At this point in time it's carry-out and delivery only Brian England but they just got the food truck ready to go again. Anegada Delights will be out serving the Howard County community this Spring.

Like I said above, if only I could share some of the aroma & delicious smell via a sniff & scratch button!

Andrea, thought I would return and say I googled Caribbean cuisine in Denver, and every one of them are so far from me.   The #1 was in an area I would not go by myself after dark, and could not get anyone to go with me.   Maybe I will need to research recipes, and cook myself!
