You Know when the Listing Inventory is Low when....

We have 64% less listings this month verses last year, listings are receiving $50,000 - $250,000 more from list price receiving 12-61 offers at a time. The demand has gone crazy, if we re-open our borders to 400,000 new imagrants it will get even crazier... Builders have not been allowed to work, so new construction is on hold...

Hi Joan... we, too, are suffering from the lowest level of inventory in our history. People keep asking me if I've ever seen a market like this and I keep telling them no. 

I always check my mailing list and my call list to make sure I am not preaching to the choir. I learned a long time ago not to bother other real estate professionals if not just a wish them a good day Joan Cox 😀

I would think this has to be an all-time low for inventory, but have there been times in the past when it was lower?

I have started telling people that their calls are prohibited since I am on the do not call list - and the people texting me --- UGH!  I would never turn someone in but I do want to get off their call lists - I even get calls from a KW agent I know
