If I even had open houses, I wouldn't serve liquor. I probably wouldn't serve anything at all.

Brad, I think MAYBE at a high-end listing or a broker open, this may be acceptable, but definitely should get the owner's approval.

One of the seventh wonders of doing brokers opens in Washington state back in the 1990s was getting back to the office and seeing every one taking a nap. I didn't see it as much with open houses but we had several agents that had a hard time finding their way back to the office after brokers opens. Thanks for the memories Brad Thomsen
