The North Shore housing market is getting off to a solid start despite cold and snow. Inventory is down and most homes are selling quickly. I expect a robust and busy spring market that has already started. Most villages are experiencing a “seller’s market” which means that inventory is low and prices are rising (albeit slightly.)
