I am all for classic and timeless and clean design for kitchens and bathrooms. Trendy seldom works for me. For example, many designers now say the barnwood, interior barndoor trend is over.

I have never been one to buy into trends Debb Janes EcoBroker and Bernie Stea JD and I always seem to prefer simple, clean and nice features.

They definitely do George Souto and when buyers see a kitchen updated but the bathrooms aren't, it is often a turn-off.
