Interesting, Brian... my experience has been that most of my buyer clients do not like that rustic look in their bathrooms and don't like those raised sinks.

Any remodel of our bathrooms has to go by the Chairman of the board and what ever she says is what we do

We find that the most popular looking baths are the ones that are simple and clean looking with modern touches.

Hello Brian - when it comes to a trend that never goes out of style, especially in kitchens and baths,  cleanliness is a feature that seems to make a lasting impression.  And that is true for any design trend.  

I am all for classic and timeless and clean design for kitchens and bathrooms. Trendy seldom works for me. For example, many designers now say the barnwood, interior barndoor trend is over.

Sometimes people who design things forget the rule that for something useful function must precede form.  Whereas  in art, it does not necessarily hold true.  A

Brian bathrooms play a big role in the value of a home, so a lot of thought needs to go into remodeling.

It's great to see the new homes that feature such beautiful bathrooms!  In the meantime I'm happy with what I have.
