Super Bowl and Real Estate

I know these two don't usually go together, but just saw this comparison and thought it was interesting the two cities were very similar when talking real estate.

When looking at both cities, they are enjoying a generous value increases and similar sized markets with about the same number of REALTORS in both cities.

Now - do you care who wins?  Are you rooting for one team, or not watching?

What are you eating during the game?   Staying healthy, or will go back to healthy tomorrow?

Hi Joan,
I noticed you didn't compare temperatures. That wouldn't be close at all !

Nope... don't care who wins... I have no horse in this race and have no plans to watch. Not an "event" for me to think about special food.

Interesting analysis between 2 cities with decidely different geographic scenes.  So closely tied in real estate and a blowout on the field

Carol Williams I did check the temps in Tampa when the game started, and was 62.  Should have looked at KC too, but didn't.

Nina Hollander when you don't have a horse in the race, the game isn't as exciting for sure.  Even the commercials were boring.

Hello Joan - real estate always seems to be a topic that can draw attention. Much like sports in some circles.

Ed Silva it was a blowout sadly, was rooting for KC, but they did not look good.

Michael Jacobs it was an interesting graphic, and fairly close in real estate.  Not so much on the field.
