Unfortunately, there are many people in all professions that should not be practicing what they practice.  Probate sales are generally challenging sales for many reasons, including the one you mention here Endre Barath, Jr. 

Hello Grant Schneider - the numbers are unbelievable. Someone from AR pinged me last night asking questions about this.  I sent that person the MLS printout to show it is not a typo. 69 offers on that home that sold nearly $900K above list price, which was not priced low.

The court staff all have Unions. They do not work on weekends and holidays like we do ... or into the night to get things done. If they worked like we do the system would not be backlogged.  Just saying ... 

You are not missing anything George Souto - I can see why people are questioning.  I spent at least 6 hours in that home for various reasons and it is a teardown...or at best a fixer.  69 offers and the sale price is not a typo.  

Thank you, Rocky Dickerson - a misperception is that probate sales are "easy money" and people can get a "steal of a deal" ... neither is true in my 18+ years experience.  In fact, they are becoming more and more complex and challenging due to family members living in homes that need to be sold and they have no money (until the home sells) and nowhere to live.
