Here a few examples of model home projects we have completed that use our marketing research to highlight selling points of particular subdivisions. These themed rooms serve as memory points to solidify in the customers mind what it is that set's this home or subdivision apart from the competition.
This model home was in Tennessee in an area where there is a beautiful State Park with horseback riding trails as one of it's major features. We designed this room to create a memory point regarding horseback riding.
This model was in an area with a lot of mountains and State parks with camping being a major activity.
This model home was near a miltary base and the majority of customers were military familes.
This subdivision had several lakes and streams for fishing. The community hosts several annual fish fries for residents, so we wanted this to be a memory point to customers.
Finally this subdivision was within 1 mile of Texas Motor Speedway, so this was the inspiration for this room.
